www.BallinMarbella.com endeavors to ship purchases within 48HRS of receiving your order pending order verification and payment clearance.

Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with tracking number if applicable. 

 Most orders arrive within 3 - 5 business days of shipping and may require a signature.

Delivery times may very depending on shipping location and customs.

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered business days.

You will be asked to provide a telephone number at the checkout , which is important if the courier needs additional information to insure a successful delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

RETURNS

In order to return your product(s) please notify us first stating your reason(s) Contact Us
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days after purchase. Returns outside these time frames will not be accepted by www.BallinMarbella.com

All items should be returned in their original packaging. Please send all items you wish to return from an order with all original documents in the same package for shipment, to make sure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

All Returns postage are paid at the buyers cost and are non refundable.

Important : We do not accept laundered damaged or worn garments.
